Bryan Singer’s new film reboot of the original 1978 show has reportedly found a screenwriter in John Orloff, the writer behind Zack Snyder’s owl martial arts epic Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole as well as the upcoming Anonymous, Roland Emmerich’s attempt to make the works of William Shakespeare explode in an inferno of lies. In case that somehow doesn’t fill you with confidence, Orloff also did Emmy-nominated work on HBO’s Band of Brothers, so this could totally still work out. [Deadline]
